What to Include in Your Complaint
To help us resolve your complaint efficiently, please provide:
- Your full name and contact details
- A clear description of your concern or issue
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
- The outcome you are seeking
Our Complaints Handling Process
- Acknowledgement - We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
- Investigation - Your complaint will be investigated by a senior member of our team. We aim to complete our investigation and provide a written response within 14 business days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed of progress.
- Resolution - We will strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. If a resolution is not possible, we will explain the reasons and outline your further options.
